Rx5 Organization - Revisited

Sekadar untuk makluman semua. Perancangan untuk setiap unit sudah dimaklumkan kepada headcom dan assistant headcom. Jadi, terpulang kepada unit masing-masing untuk bincang dengan lebih lanjut untuk teruskan atau ubah mana-mana yang perlu. Harapnya kita semua dapat bekerjasama. Secara ringkasnya, ada unit yang lebih menjurus kepada program dan ada yang menjurus kepada kerja rutin. Saya cadangkan kita guna sistem terbuka. Untuk satu-satu kerja, boleh ambil mereka-mereka yang daripada unit lain juga.

Job Scope:

1) Preserve and fight appropriately any welfare issues of the members in various matters (academic, finance, mahallah, health etc).
2) Take care of class properties and ensure their functioning (lecture hall condition, computer, LCD, pointer, OHP, microphone, whiteboard, markers etc).
3) Manage batch khairat fund.

Job Scope:

1) Ensure the members are well informed regarding university (SRC, IPhA, etc) and batch activities.

3) Manage batch board and other information tools (bulletin, blog, e-mail, facebook, flickr, yahoogroups etc).
4) Handle public relation affairs with external parties (other batches, IPhA, SRC, other KBS).
